Frequently Asked Questions

# What to do if I forget my PIN?

Your PIN is an integral part of the MIRACL Trust authentication. If you forget your PIN, you can do one of two things:

  • Reset your PIN. You have to go through your service provider’s verification process again. For more information, see Reset PIN.
  • If you have another device with an active User ID, you can duplicate that User ID on a different device by using QuickCode.

# Why is my User ID disabled?

There are two reasons why your User ID might be disabled:

  • You have reached the maximum number of PIN attempts for this User ID.
  • An administrator of your service provider has manually revoked your User ID.

You can re-enable your User ID in one of two ways:

  • Click Enable. You have to go through your service provider’s verification process again.
  • If you have another device with an active User ID, you can duplicate that User ID on a different device by using QuickCode.
