What can you do to log in?

You can reauthenticate your device by Resetting its PIN.

A MIRACL Trust identity is tied to a device (usually a Web browser or a Mobile app). So even though the identity on a device is revoked, identities on other enrolled devices are still active. If you have another authenticated device you can:

  • log in with either a different device a Web browser or a Mobile app.
  • re-enrol your original device by using a QuickCode from another device with valid enrolment.

What causes an identity on a device to be revoked?

There can be two reasons why an Identity is revoked on a device:

  1. You have entered three wrong PINs: this automatically revokes your device.
  2. Your identity has been manually revoked.
