If you are having trouble logging into an online service using MIRACL technology then please contact your service provider for help and assistance. Your service provider should be able to help you set up an account, enrol a new device with a PIN or troubleshoot any other login issues you may be having.
MIRACL provides the secure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technologies your service uses but does not support end users. If you would like to review a generic user guide then please see here. This documentation may be different to your service’s implementation of MIRACL’s technology.
